STATUS: Development Agreement application filed 7/28/14.

Bourne Solar Project/MacArthur Boulevard

53 MacArthur Boulevard, Bourne

Fiddlers Green Limited Partnership

DESCRIPTION: Proposed 7.85-acre, 2-MW solar field accessed via a 10-foot-wide, 2000-foot-long gravel drive extending from MacArthur Boulevard.

STATUS: Hearing held 08/13/14. Commission subcommittee approved Scoping decision 09/04/14. Subcommittee to continue discussion 10/02/14.

Elm Arch Inn

26 Elm Arch Way, Falmouth

DESCRIPTION: Proposed demolition of all existing site structures, including the Elm Arch Inn, and construction of a six-unit residential condominium development with associated appurtenances and amenities.

STATUS: Discretionary DRI Referral received 7/22/14. Full Commission accepted as a Limited DRI 8/7/14. Project withdrawn from Falmouth Zoning & Planning Boards, acknowledged by Commission staff, 09/17/14. Full Commission advised of withdrawal 10/02/14

Hydroid

Jonathan Bourne Way, Bourne

DESCRIPTION: 15,000, office building.

STATUS: No DRI required. Property sits within designated expanded Chapter H threshold area of Bourne. Project meets allowed Research and Development Use. Informal Jurisdictional Determination issued for new building, 9/14/14

Mashpee CWMP

Town of Mashpee

Expanded Environmental Notification Form/Draft Environmental Impact Report.

DESCRIPTION: The Town of Mashpee’s Comprehensive Wastewater & Nitrogen Management Plan proposes a comprehensive wastewater and nitrogen management plan for the town, intended to achieve reductions in wastewater nitrogen loading and compliance with the overall TMDL’s for nitrogen loading to the town’s coastal embayments including to Popponesset and Waquoit Bays.

STATUS: Joint MEPA Hearing on Draft Environmental Impact Report held 08/26/14. DEIR certification by MEPA reported in Environmental Monitor 09/24/14. Project can proceed to Final EIR.

Marriott Springhill Suites

556 Main Street, Falmouth

DESCRIPTION: 110 room hotel in two buildings with an upper level connector. The floor area of the proposed buildings is 65,000 square feet.

STATUS: Application for Limited Review Scoping received. Awaiting further materials.

MODIFICATIONS

ICE (Sagamore Beach, Bourne)

Modification request to change carrier equipment received 8/6/14, approved 8/11/14.

Lookout Ridge, Sandwich (AKA: Nussbaumer)

Request submitted to allow for release of lot received 6/18/14, which has been developed. Final certificate of compliance for lot issued 7/25/14.

Request to modify allowed uses tentatively scheduled for 10/30/14 meeting of Committee on Planning and Regulations.
